Dat Xanh Group has just been officially honored in two major award categories "Top 50 Vietnamese most attractive employer brand" and "Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam" announced by Asian Consulting Organization on Human resources (Anphabe) in late March 2019.

This is the second time Dat Xanh Group has participated in the voting list and received two important awards of the program, including "Top 100 best workplaces in Vietnam" (out of 674 surveyed enterprises) and "Top 50 Vietnamese attractive employers" (Top 3 in real estate) and other big corporations such as Vinamilk, Vietcombank, Nestlé Vietnam, Samsung Vina Electronics...

For the second time in a row, Dat Xanh was honored in the "Top 50 Vietnamese attractive employer brands".

This year survey was evaluated by Anphabe based on 6 main groups of criteria, including 45 accompanying criteria such as salaries and benefits, development opportunities, working environment, company culture, etc. ... The survey was measured on 674 enterprises, in 24 industries with the survey participation of 75,481 experienced employees; conduct internal surveys (company employees) and market surveys (employees outside the company but working in the same field).

According to the evaluation results, Dat Xanh Group is one of the businesses chosen to be a place having a dynamic, creative and friendly working environment and a well-regarded remuneration in the market. With more than 15 years of development in the real estate market, Dat Xanh Group currently has more than 3,000 employees with a system of affiliates branded Dat Xanh stretching from North, Central and South, such as: Dat Xanh Mien Bac, Dat Xanh Mien Trung, Dat Xanh Mien Nam, Dat Xanh Tay Nam Bo, Dat Xanh Long An ...

In particular, in mid-November 2018, the Group officially opened a new headquarters of over 950 m2 including 2 basements, 14 high-rise floors with more than 9,5686 m2 floor area, equipped with many utilities and modern furniture, able to meet the workplace of the Group's staff in the next 10 years.
