After the preparatory step in 2018, the business results of Dat Xanh Mien Trung broke out and started the growth cycle of 2019 from the shophouse projects of Lakeside Palace, Lakeside Infinity and the land products of Dragon Smart City project. In the first 4 months of the year, Dat Xanh Mien Trung recorded consolidated profit before tax with an estimated value of about VND 170 billion on the target of VND 800 billion for the whole year 2019.

According to the annual business results report for the first 4 months of 2019, Dat Xanh Mien Trung gained consolidated profit before tax of VND 170 billion, completing 21% of the profit plan of 2019, increasing 398% compared to the same period of 2018. Previously, 2018 was an impressive successful business year of Dat Xanh Mien Trung Corporation with consolidated pre-tax profit of up to 760 billion VND with 2,500 products under transactions.
According to the declaration, the total investment capital for 2019 is expected to be over VND 10,000 billion with the goal of earning 800 billion profit before tax. To achieve this performance, Dat Xanh Mien Trung Corporation set a goal of completing 8,000 consolidated products for the entire system of member companies including Dat Xanh Danang, Dat Xanh Mien Trung Emerald, Dat Xanh Nam Mien Trung and Dat Xanh Bac Mien Trung. The parent company separately accounted for 5,000 products in the markets of Quang Binh, Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai and Phu Yen provinces with a total land fun of up to 300ha. Real estate products include high-rise and low-rise pre-built luxury building, commercial real estate. The model urban areas with more than 5,000 low-rise and high-rise housing products were developed with total area of 2 , 4 million m2 of floor. At the same time, Dat Xanh Mien Trung will also focus on developing more large-scale urban land funds to serve the development strategy in the future.
