In order to summarize business activities in the third quarter of 2019 and honor individuals with outstanding business achievements in 2018, Dat Xanh Mien Trung Corporation has organized a Business Review Ceremony of Quarter 3 of 2019 under the theme "One moment in time" on the afternoon of October 25, 2019 at the third floor hall of Head Office Building.

The third quarter of 2019 is closed with a lot of ups and downs of the real estate market. However, Dat Xanh Mien Trung Corporation continued to maintain the top rank when successfully launched to the market with a series of products and projects have been implemented throughout the Central provinces with its own path and best efforts. By the end of the third quarter of 2019, the Corporation has nearly 20 projects, more than 500 employees,and 14 member units with the scale across the country. It continues to affirm the strong development of the Corporation by successfully introducing projects in various segments from the land to townhouses, villas and resorts in projects such as La Maison. Premium, One World Regency, One River Villas, Lakeside Infinity ... in 2019.

General Director – Mr. Tran Ngoc Thanh awarded employees with excellent achievements, exceeding the business targets in 2018.

In particular, this bonus for the Board of Directors of the company for reaching a new record. The Board of Directors and Board of Management continue to be awarded 20% of the profit after-tax exceeding the assigned plan by the General Meeting of Shareholders. This is the 5th consecutive year that the company's management has exceeded the assigned target by over 200%. Specifically, the total reward is VND 12 billion in 2017 and more than VND 300 billion exceeding the business target in 2018. The total bonus for the Board of Directors will reach VND 60 billion that is equivalent to more than 2.6 million USD.
