(Construction) - Individual housing constructions in Phu My An urban area project built by Dat Xanh Mien Trung are completely subject to exemption from construction permits under Point e, Clause 2, Article 89, Law Construction No. 50/2014 /QH13 dated June 18, 2014.

Department of Construction of Danang City has certified in writing the case of exemption of construction permit for housing works under the Phu My An urban area project.

Regarding the implementation of investment and construction of 36 units under the One River project at Song Hao street, Phu My An urban area, invested by Dat Xanh Mien Trung Corporation, official information has been provided.

The representative of Dat Xanh Mien Trung said that, regarding legal aspect, the project has been issued a certificate of land use right and assets attached to the land of 36 villa land plots on Song Hao street.

These plots received by Dat Xanh Mien Trung through direct transfer from individuals who purchased the land, in particular, land use right certificates were first issued in 2012 and up to 2017, 2018, Dat Xanh Mien Trung acquired from these 36 households.

After receiving the transfer of land use rights from the local people, by the end of 2018, Dat Xanh Mien Trung decided to invest in building civil works for 36 separate villas.

Accordingly, separate housing projects being built by Dat Xanh Mien Trung are subject to exemption from construction permits under Point e, Clause 2, Article 89, Construction Law No. 50/2014 / QH13 dated 06/18/2014.

However, in order to ensure the conditions when implementing the procedures to update the house on the book and to ensure the construction of above 36 separate houses, Dat Xanh Mien Trung has prepared application for a construction permit in Ngu Hanh Son district.

Up to the present time, in terms of the current construction status at the site, the project investor has temporarily completed the civil works of the above-mentioned separate villas. Dat Xanh Mien Trung is implementing documents for recognizing the investor for the above 36 units.

When checking documents and procedures for projects at the request of Dat Xanh Mien Trung, the Department of Construction guided the preparation of investment projects (which is a step in the legal document to complete the construction investment procedure for recognizing the investor) and requested to withdraw licenses granted to perform the renewal in accordance with the form and process and at the same time apply exemption conditions as prescribed.
