At the 2019 IR Awards ceremony taking place on August 9, 2019, Dat Xanh Group (DXG) has just been officially honored in the Top 3 companies listed in the exchange stock with the best investor relations activities in 2019. The award was voted and organized by Vietstock in collaboration with the Journal of Finance and Electronic Life - Press Agency of Vietnam Association of Financial Executives.

The IR Awards is held annually to vote and honor the listed companies with transparency - fast - the most effective Investor Relations (IR). Thereby, it also contributes to raising awareness and role of the importance of IR activities, improving corporate administration and the stock market more effectively.

In 2019, there are 259/713 enterprises passing a comprehensive survey on the degree of ensuring the correct and full compliance with information disclosure obligations on Vietnam's stock market. After that, the Council continued to survey to select 45 best enterprises based on the criteria of good liquidity, compliance with the regulations on stock transactions, attracting foreign investors and dividend policies. From the Top 45 of nominations, the 2019 IR Award will honor the Top 3 of each group in 2 categories: Top 3 companies listed with IR activities rated highest by Financial Institutions 2019 and Top 3 enterprises listed as the most voted by investor in 2019.

Through surveys, evaluations, appraisals and votes, Dat Xanh Group with DXG code is excellent to be ranked second in the Top 3 listed companies with IR activities highest evaluated by financial institutions, under the Mid Cap group. This is the second consecutive year that Dat Xanh has been honored at this award, this continues to affirm the position of a leading enterprise in IR activities, achieving information disclosure standards and impressive growth.

Accumulated in the first two quarters of 2019, Dat Xanh Group achieved revenue and profit after tax of VND 2,341 billion and VND 556.4 billion, respectively, up 20.2% and 28.7% over the same period, completing 46.81% and 46.37% of the plan 2019.
