Overview
Regal Lakeside House is part of a 5-star Regal Hotels chain operated by Smart Property Asset Management, part of a chain of 5-star quality villas and serviced apartments throughout Vietnam. This house is located in Lien Chieu District, 4min to Xuan Thieu beach by taxi, 7min taxi drive to Hai Van pass, 22min to Ba Na Hills by taxi, 25min taxi drive to Han River Bridge and Dragon Bridge.
The Space:
This house has a large living room, a kitchen, a dining table, 3 bedrooms all Queen size, 4 bathrooms and toilets, a grand piano in common room, a gym, a laundry drying room. The house is designed in a modern and luxurious style. We used natural marble and wood, luxurious interior and furniture imported from USA, Germany, Italy and Japan with sparkling lighting system, it was designed and arranged to bring you a perfect living space. Outside, there is a garden with BBQ and spacious balcony suitable for working groups, tourists, family guests with young children.
We carefully select household appliances such as: refrigerator with ice maker from Häfele, water purifier from AO Smith, microwave from Bosch, washing machine and clothes dryer from LG, air-conditioner, hair dryer, coat bathrobes, amenities, safety box, slippers and towels ...to ensure the satisfaction while staying.

We have tour service, dry food, beer, wine, cleaner service, motorbike and car for rent or luxury private cars with English speaking driver may take you to City tour.

How to get there: Guests can get to my house with some option:
- From the Da Nang international airport (12km): by taxi (200.000vnd – 220.000vnd), by Grab car (150.000vnd – 190.000vnd)
- From Da nang station (11km): by taxi (190.000vnd – 220.000vnd), by Grab car (150.000vnd – 170.000vnd)
The neighborhood:
Regal Lakeside House is located in Lien Chieu District, when staying in this house, you can enjoy the fresh air while walking around the street as well as enjoy the feeling of comfort while walking along Bau Tram lake. There are lots of coffee shops around this area. You can count numbers of restaurant or even traditional dishes “Goi Ca Thanh Huong” with 5 minutes by taxi to the main road.
Getting around:
From here, there’re easy and fast to reach and around Golden bridge on Ba Na hills (Ba Na hills has the longest non-stop cable car) Xuân Thieu beach (the place US Marine Corps has landed on March, 9th, 1965 and beginning of the “Local War” of American in Vietnam, Ba Son pagoda (was build more than 187 years old) or Hai Van pass/Sea Clouds Pass (the most famous 25km long mountain pass linking central Vietnamese destinations of Hoi An, Da Nang and Hue with spectacular views)
House Rule 2020:
Please read through our house manual and respect our space as your home:
- No shoes inside the room. Indoor slippers are provided & please don’t wear them outside.
- Help us save the energy. Turn off the air conditioners and lights, unplug electricity appliances when not in use.
- Keep the noise level down after 11PM.
- Wash dishes, cups after using, and keep the kitchen, living room, restroom tidy and clean.
- Please no durian in the room. Its smell lasts long and may affect other guests.
- Don’t put trash containing liquid inside to the trash bins, pour the liquid out in the toilet before you do so.
- If you accidentally break or damage something, please inform us.
- In case not sure about anything, please ask.
- No smoking.
- We don’t allow hookers in the house. The security guard will inform us asap if you do.
- We don’t accept unregistered guests, please inform us before you invite anyone to your room. We have the right to refuse unregistered guests.
- We don’t allow extra guests staying overnight unless you notice us in advance and extra charge is applied.
